The V-LAP system includes a personal, home-based unit that allows heart failure patients to independently monitor their own disease. The V-LAP patient app provides patients 24/7 access to daily LAP reading and lets them manage their condition unlike ever before. When pressure is out of the optimal range, the patient is guided to adjust diuretics based on the pre-defined treatment plan. If the patient’s pressure is in suboptimal ranges, the clinic intervenes and provides additional instructions.
